I have more than 10 years of experience with youth associations and Organizations in education, vocational training, economic empowerment, public health and human rights. I complete my master's degree in development studies with the Royal University of Phnom Penh and I also complete my bachelor's degree in management with the Build Bright University.

I was starting my first volunteer work with the Khmer Youth Association (KYA) during secondary school as a peer educator to raise awareness of drug and alcohol consumption prevention with child, youth and parent groups in the community. 

I have experience with diverse positions and levels with child and youth groups such as youth leader, project assistant, orientation officer, internship coordinator, provincial coordinator and program manager with the PSE institution (PSE-I) and Khmer Youth Association (KYA). Based on working experience, I can manage in proposal writing, budgeting, resource planning, monitoring and evaluation, report writing, donor engagement and staff management. Moreover, I also have skills to organise and work with children and youth from diverse groups and identities such as children and youth in and out of school, Indigenous people, disability people, LGBTIQ+ and religious groups.

For my ambition with KYA, we believe in the same thing that children and youth are the agents of change to bring positive change for society. I had set my mission for the organization to be the best youth association partner that works with and for youth in Cambodia.
 

ខ្ញុំមានបទពិសោធន៍ការងារជាង 10 ឆ្នាំជាមួយអង្គការនិងសមាគមយុវជន ក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ការងារ និងអាជីវកម្ម សុខភាពសាធារណៈ និងសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស។ ខ្ញុំបានបញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់អនុបណ្ឌិតផ្នែកសិក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាមួយសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ ហើយខ្ញុំក៏បានបញ្ចប់បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកគ្រប់គ្រងជាមួយសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបៀលប្រាយផងដែរ។

ខ្ញុំបានចាប់ផ្តើមការងារស្ម័គ្រចិត្តដំបូងរបស់ខ្ញុំជាមួយសមាគមយុវជនខ្មែរ (KYA) ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលអនុវិទ្យាល័យក្នុងតួនាទីជា មិត្តអប់រំមិត្ត ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីការទប់ស្កាត់ការប្រើប្រាស់គ្រឿងញៀន និងគ្រឿងស្រវឹងជាមួយក្រុមកុមារ យុវជន និងឪពុកម្តាយនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍។

ខ្ញុំមានបទពិសោធន៍ជាក្នុងមុខតំណែង និងកម្រិតផ្សេងៗគ្នាជាមួយក្រុមកុមារ និងយុវជន ដូចជា ប្រធានក្លឹបយុវជន ជំនួយការគម្រោង មន្ត្រីតម្រង់ទិស អ្នកសម្របសម្រួលកម្មសិក្សា អ្នកសម្របសម្រួលខេត្ត និងអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងកម្មវិធី ជាមួយវិទ្យាស្ថាន PSE (PSE-I) និងសមាគមយុវជនខ្មែរ (KYA)។ តាមរយៈតួនាទី និងមុខតំណែង ខ្ញុំអាចធ្វើការងារលើ ការសរសេរសំណើ ការរៀបចំគម្រោងថវិកា ការធ្វើផែនការធនធាន ការត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃ ការសរសេររបាយការណ៍ ការទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយម្ចាស់ជំនួយ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងបុគ្គលិក។ ជាងនេះទៅទៀត ខ្ញុំក៏មានជំនាញក្នុងការគៀងគរ និងធ្វើការជាមួយកុមារ និងយុវជនមកពីក្រុមចម្រុះ និងអត្តសញ្ញាណដូចជា កុមារ និងយុវជននៅក្នុង និងក្រៅសាលា ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច ជនមានពិការ សហគមន៍អ្នកស្រឡាញ់ភេទដូចគ្នា និងក្រុមសាសនា។

សម្រាប់មហិច្ឆតារបស់ខ្ញុំជាមួយសមាគមយុវជនខ្មែរ យើងមានការជឿជាក់ដូចគ្នាថា កុមារ និងយុវជនគឺជាភ្នាក់ងារនៃការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ ដើម្បីនាំមកនូវការផ្លាស់ប្តូរជាវិជ្ជមានសម្រាប់សង្គមជាតិ។ ខ្ញុំ​បាន​កំណត់​បេសកកម្ម​របស់​ខ្ញុំ​ថា នឹងធ្វើឲ្យសម្រាប់សមាគមមួយ​នេះ​នឹង​ដៃគូ​​យុវជន​ល្អ​បំផុត​ដែល​ធ្វើការ​ជាមួយ​និង​ដើម្បី​យុវជន​ក្នុង​ប្រទេស​កម្ពុជា។
